As a provider of telecom services under the license by the FCC International calling under Section 214 we are granted the authority to provide resale service in accordance with section 63.18(e)(2) of the Commission’s rules posted at the FCC Public Notice dated April 4, 2013, 47 C.F.R. § 63.18(e)(2) international calling termination.

Our site’s billing application requires users to provide contact information (e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number). The information gathered is not used to contact the visitor and is never shared with any party outside of Carolina Digital Phone.
