When we started our business over 24 years ago, most of our customers paid by paper check, which incurred minimal processing costs; however, with the rise of the digital revolution, many customers now prefer to pay using rewards credit cards or other credit card methods, as well as ACH transactions. While we understand and appreciate these options’ convenience, they come with significant processing fees that have increased over time.
Like many merchants nationwide, we are experiencing higher costs associated with these payment methods. We must address this growing expense to continue offering competitive services without compromising quality.
With your next monthly statement, invoices paid using credit cards or ACH transactions will include a 3% service fee to offset processing costs. However, we want to offer you alternative payment options to avoid this fee:
Bank-Originated Bill Payments: Use your bank’s Bill Payment service to initiate payments directly. These transactions typically incur no processing costs on either side.
Paper Checks: You can mail us a check, which remains a cost-effective payment method. Mail checks to Carolina Digital Phone, Inc., PO Box 10142, Greensboro, NC 27404-0142
Payments from Bill.com: If you use a business payment processing service from Bill.com, please use our Payment ID 0111242302631028
Customer-Originated ACH: If you prefer to pay via ACH, you can originate the payment from your bank. Please use the following details for ACH payments:
