Especially in customer service, they are always ready and willing to help our clients with any troubleshooting or changes that clients want made. When the phone rings during business hours it always gets answered quickly and the team is always willing to help each other out and learn from one another. Cons:None that I can think of

Monthly meetings and appreciation for colleagues are a culture that holds the whole organization together. Cons:Less team building activities as time and location differ from each other considering we have a diverse team.

From our customers to our fellow peers, we share a confidence of resolving any challenge we may be faced with. The culture is very open-door and allows the environment to be a home away from home. Cons:This company meets all of my expectations professionally and personally. I really only see upsides, as we all have areas to improve on, the culture sets a tone of, we will figure this out. Great Place to work Pros:Everyone works well together. All departments are pulling in the same direction. Great team work! Family Friendly! Management bottom to the top has an open door policy! Cons:Small company, harder to provide cost effective insurance. Company is investigating possible ways to compensate for this.
