Please share a little bit about yourself with our customers:
I was born in Florida and raised in North Carolina. The Lord truly blessed me with a loving family who raised me to always trust in him. I am so grateful for that. It was the foundation that made me who I am today, and I feel that because of it, I have always made my family a priority in my life. When I am not at work serving our valued customers, I enjoy a reading, but most of all I enjoy spending time with my children and being a part of every aspect of their life, as well as all of their many outdoor activities.
What do you love most about your job?
First and foremost, I enjoy helping our customers, and I love it when I can make their day better. I get to travel all across North Carolina, as well as up and down the East Coast when necessary, in order to visit our current customers as well as potential leads, and I couldn’t be happier to do it each and every day. That in person visit means so much to me. There is not an area in this great United States I wouldn’t want to visit in order to make a customer/potential customer happy. I believe that we offer our customers the very best and most affordable hosted VoIP service solution on the market today, which makes it enjoyable to present to folks who are interested. My mother once said to me, “Find a job that you love so much, that if you could afford to; you would do it for free, and then you will be happy doing it every day, and it will never feel like work.” Well, this is that job for me. I enjoy being in sales, and I love selling something I believe in.

Our amazing team is what separates us! We have the best customer support team in the industry. We always go the extra mile and customer satisfaction is our number one priority. It can take multiple meetings and many conversations with a potential customer to earn their business, but mere seconds to lose it. We strive to earn your business, but most importantly; to keep it!
