Please share a little bit about yourself with our customers:
While not born in North Carolina, Neil moved to the Tar Heel state while in high school and has lived in the Triad ever since attending college at UNC Greensboro. Residing conveniently between the mountains and the coast has always appealed to Neil. The natural beauty and variety of things to do and places to visit in North Carolina mean there are always adventures to be found. Traveling to small towns across the state for day trips or longer adventures is something Neil likes to do when he has the time.
After graduating from UNCG with a degree in Broadcasting, Neil spend almost 30 years working in local radio with duties ranging from on-air, commercial production, promotions, and marketing. After leaving radio, he spent several years delivering exemplary customer service with Apple. Working with customers in a high-paced atmosphere, educating novice and advanced customers on technology use was always an exciting experience.
What do you love most about your job?
Those years spent interacting with customers one-on-one were a good training ground for working with Carolina Digital Phone’s terrific customers. Everyone has their own learning curve when it comes to technology and Neil is comfortable working at whatever pace is comfortable. Ranging from small businesses to large corporations and governments, Carolina Digital Phone customers are each unique and fun to interact with.
What do you feel separates Carolina Digital Phone from other companies?
There are many things that separate us from other companies, but I would say the biggest is that our customers can actually get in touch with us when they need to! We have a 611 number that directly connects to our Customer Care team, which is located right here in Greensboro, NC. We provide the best local service and understand our customers’ unique business in order to provide guidance, advice and support that keeps them strong and successful.
