Please share a little bit about yourself with our customers:
I was born in Kansas City, and lived all over the U.S. growing up — my step-father was a professional baseball player! I have been married for 22 years to my amazing husband Danny, and we have a fantastic daughter, Bella. We have lived in Greensboro for the last six years, and we absolutely love it here! As my customers and colleagues know, I am a very positive and solution-focused person, and always ready to help out in any way that I can. One of the things that I always do is reach out to my customers each month, just to make sure that they’re happy and everything is meeting their expectations. It’s my way of letting them know that I care about their success!

What do you love most about your job?

I love having the opportunity meet to many great new customers, and build long-term relationships with our existing customers. I also love that the VoIP industry is constantly changing, and it’s never boring! There is always something new to learn and discover, and then share it with my colleagues and our customers. One of the ways that I keep on top of the latest industry developments and trends is through my membership in various associations and groups, including the Guilford Merchants Association, Biz Links (which is a GMA leads group), the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, the North Carolina Tech Association, the North Carolina Local Government Information Systems Association, and the North Carolina Association for Public Charter Schools.

What do you feel separates Carolina Digital Phone from other companies?

In a word, the biggest difference between our companies and others is US. What I mean is that our customers get more than state-of-the-art technology at a terrific price. They also get our ongoing support, and we are here when they need us. Unlike some other companies that have contracted out their support, we are all proud to be Carolina Digital Phone employees. Plus, we offer all of our customers the very best support, regardless of whether they have 10 seats or 5,000.
