We're currently in the process of transferring our company's phone service to Carolina Digital and the experience has been excellent so far. The customer service has been exceptional from our sales representative through the onboarding team. Everyone has been knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the transition as smooth as possible. We have been using Carolina Digital for close to 7 years now and they have been fantastic this entire time!  I can't remember a single time our phones have been down to anything on their end and their service is exceptional.  I also love their billing because it is always the same.  No mystery fees that sneak up on you.....you know how you were use to paying the same monthly bill for so long and then all of a sudden it is much higher and you've changed nothing to your phone system.  That doesn't happen with these guys!  I also need to mention that Randy and Eric in support are amazing and our account manager, Chris Villa is super awesome too! Carolina Digital was so helpful to us when we had to transition to a virtual office.  The service is great and the people are so helpful.  The virtual phone system works better than what we were using in our office and they have a great online dashboard that is very easy to use. Awesome service. Competitive pricing, great local support, solid phones that you own, online dashboard, no constant upsells (this is huge IMO, almost every other online service nowadays bombards you with annoying upsells), no junk fees, customizable, local business, the list can go on.
