The virtual phone system works better than what we were using in our office and they have a great online dashboard that is very easy to use. We are sticking with them even when we go back to a real office.

Support helps Sales to showcase our products and to make sure the onboarding process is very smooth. Sales helps support in making sure the customers have proper contact information when they have a need to contact support. I would recommend Carolina Digital Phone to any Sales or Support person that is looking for a job in the VoIP field. Cons:Being a smaller company in number of employees you are ask to wear different hats at times. In my option this is not a bad thing it actually helps in your career development. Advice to Management:Continue in developing Sales Associates that can be successful and help the company grow.
