Please share a little bit about yourself with our customers:
I am from High Point, North Carolina but have lived in Greensboro for over 12 years. I have been in telecommunications for the past 10 years and found my niche in VoIP. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters, playing bass and guitar, import automobiles, and traveling.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy speaking with customers and finding solutions to improve the way they communicate with others. I also like learning about new advancements with cloud-based phone technology. It’s rewarding when I can find ways to incorporate them into our phone platform and make improvements for a better customer experience.
What do you feel separates Carolina Digital Phone from other companies?
The excellent customer service and support we provide to our clients are what separates us from our competitors. Because we are not a huge, faceless company, we are able to go beyond what a typical phone provider is willing or able to offer. In addition to that high level of support, we are able to offer catered solutions to meet our customer’s needs currently and in the future.
