Germaine is a passionate Information Technology professional with over 19 years of experience in crafting innovative infrastructure, networking, and telephony solutions, especially in regulated industries. With a solid background in Agile project management, network security, and business systems analysis, Germaine has a knack for leading technology initiatives that truly support organizational goals and enhance operations.
At Wells Fargo, Germaine made a significant impact by working on data center builds, Cisco VoIP integrations, and enterprise-wide infrastructure consolidations. As a Senior Technology Business Services Consultant and Scrum Master, they enjoyed collaborating with diverse teams, guiding Agile delivery, and ensuring everything ran smoothly in terms of security and risk management. Germaine’s leadership was instrumental during infrastructure transitions, including implementing Zero Trust frameworks and managing large-scale WAN/LAN migrations.
Before that, at Solstas Lab Partners (now part of Quest Diagnostics), Germaine took charge of IT operations, service desk management, and EDI system migrations, playing a vital role in supporting critical healthcare integrations with platforms like EPIC and Allscripts. Their expertise in structured cabling, wireless integration, and vendor coordination meant that technology deployments in clinical settings went off without a hitch.
Germaine holds an A.S. in Information Technology and Networking and is also certified in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals. They’re excited to continue making a difference in the tech world!
