- Toggle CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.), screen pops on/off with the click of a button. This is a great feature, because sometimes CRM pops can be distracting — while at other times they provide employees with relevant real-time information.
- Right-click to call any number they see in their browser — such as on websites, blogs, ebooks, reports, white papers, search engine results, ads, and so on. This saves time and reduces dialing errors.
- Access their individual history and instantly see a list of their most recent calls. This boosts efficiency, and improves customer service and compliance. For example, instead of telling their supervisor or manager “I called the customer yesterday morning”, an employee can open their call history and say “I called the customer at 10:32am yesterday, and then again at 11:04am yesterday”.
SINGLE-SIGN ON
What’s more, your employees don’t have to login to our browser extension with a separate username/password. Thanks to deep API integration, they can seamlessly switch between the web-based Administrative Portal and the browser extension. This saves time, and it means one less set of credentials for employees to remember and keep track of.
