Please share a little bit about yourself with our customers:

I was first introduced to the telecommunications field when I joined the military. It was an instant love. Once I mastered my wiredog job duties, I began to cross-train with the data geeks and radio heads to further my knowledge and be of use to help out anywhere I could. This is when I discovered the infinite possibilities that Voice and IT have to offer. As I transitioned back into civilian life, I struggled to find my place in this world. This is where communications saved me, and reminded me that my voice matters and makes a difference.

I joined this telecommunications start-up company in my hometown, San Diego, California, where the reinvention of myself began. I was making an impact on local businesses by providing a whole solution VoIP product as the world began to transition from analog to digital, matching my pace with my own transition. As I grew, I noticed my environment was moving at a different speed than my own. This is when I decided to road trip my country, fully embracing this freedom I had fought so hard for.

How did you end up at Carolina Digital Phone?

I stumbled upon this place called Greensboro. I instantly felt peace. A unique blend of city life mixed with southern hospitality welcomed me with open arms. I landed a remote job based out of Florida for about a year, not knowing whether this would be my home for the long run. As that year was rounding out, I applied for a more permanent position to build my foundation upon. Randy, from Carolina Digital Phone, gave my phone a buzz, and after a few interviews, I was warmly welcomed to join this family. I recently completed my two-year anniversary with this company, and I still have the same enthusiasm now that I carried with me on my first day, because of the culture we embody. Cheers to two years and many more to come.
