The Cryptocomm Group Files Bankruptcy Chapter 7

The Cryptocomm Group, Inc. located at Suite D, 8011 North Point Blvd, Winston Salem, NC 27106 filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in the US Bankruptcy Court Middle District of North Carolina on January 30, 2004. The company is also know as, and does business under the names TriadCalendar.com, United Networking Systems and UNETS. The first meeting of Creditors is scheduled for 9:00 AM, February 20, 2004 at the 226 South Liberty Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101.

Cryptcomm Group, Triad Calendar file bankruptcy.

The Cryptocomm Group Inc., a computer services and publishing firm with operations in Greensboro and Winston-Salem, has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The company, which also runs the Triad Calendar entertainment guide as well as United Networking Systems Inc., listed assets of $147,053 and debts of $305,366, according to its filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Neither Cryptocomm President Scott Harrington nor his attorney, Dirk Siegmund, could be reached for comment. Among the 23 unsecured creditors in the case is landlord Blandwood Avenue Investments, which is owed $95,679. Cryptocomm has done primarily computer database services, networking and Web site development for Triad clients.
